ESP Solutions Group, in partnership with the Wyoming Department of Education, has successfully developed statewide K-12 student data dashboards. These dashboards, created using the Ed-Fi data standard and open-source coding, represent one of the few successful Ed-Fi dashboard projects nationally. At the peak of adoption the usage was impressive, with over 70% of districts, 89% of district administrators, and 35% of teachers utilizing the system. Challenges with retention were identified and handled along the way until COVID-19 threw a wrench in the accessibility of a key data source, state testing.
My Role: Led marketing and sales team for the WY-VIEW Dashboards, from lead generation (branding, infographics, mailers, videos, conferences), to lead nurture (emails, targeted content, case studies), to sales and adoption (anonymized data demos, live data demos, district admin training, school admin training, teacher training).
