At PRO-ED Publishing, I led the event planning for six major national tradeshows, successfully implementing strategies that significantly enhanced our brand visibility and boosted sales. This role required meticulous coordination and execution, from managing logistics like shipping and setup to strategically showcasing our products to maximize attendee engagement and sales performance. Key initiatives included the introduction of new releases and the optimization of booth layouts, such as transitioning from an island layout (14 - 10 x 10 booths) to two sets of 7 - 10x10 booths. This change leveraged the aisle and backdrop more effectively, using them to display posters, attract more visitors, and add a natural traffic jam and buzz around our booth.
